					<p>The purpose of this 2-day Zazendo Retreat at the <a href="http://www.healing-tao.co.uk/rosewell_directions.htm">Rosewell Centre</a> is to help
					you develop insight to harmonise your daily life, leading to inner peace.</p>
					<p>You will learn to
					create tools for coping with the mechanisms of habit and addiction which can cause
					unnecessary disharmony.</p>
					<p>Beginners are welcome. You need no experience of any kind of meditation. There are no pre-requisities and no preparation is
					necessary.

					meditation-space and meditate in your sleeping-space.</p>
