<p><b>WHAT DO YOU WANT? </b>Some
people want to become fully qualified Shiatsu
practitioners. Others want an add-on to their existing therapy. Some people want to learn how to give beautiful
treatments to family and friends. Others want to receive beautiful treatments from
friends, family, lovers, or professional practitioners.And some just want to have fun,
learning a caring skill,helping others, making new friends....Which are you?</p>
<p>We are here to help YOU find what YOU want from shiatsu ... that’s how we give something
back to the therapy we love.</p>
<p>Here at the Zen School of Shiatsu we offer you three levels of training, from Absolute Beginner
right through to qualified Practitioner:</p>
<p><b>Basic - Starter <a href="ls_certificate.html">Practical Certificate</a></b><br>
12 modules learning the ropes of how to give a good shiatsu treatment, leading to
your Certificate in Practical Shiatsu, CPS, which gives Student Membership of the Zen
Shiatsu Society and entitles you to insurance coverage for treating non-medical conditions</p>
<p><b>Intermediate <a href="diploma.html">Diploma</a></b><br>
43 modules getting to grips with the theory behind the therapy and applying it in a series of
learning-treatments, leading to your Intermediate Level Diploma and admission to the
Senior-Student Register of the Zen Shiatsu Society.</p>
<p><b>Advanced <a href="ls_professional.html">Shiatsu Practitioner Professional Licence</a></b><br>
64 modules putting it all together, developing your heart connection, putting your compassion
into practice, learning how to make your living doing what you love, leading to your
qualification, the Licence to Practise Zen Shiatsu, LicZS, and admission to the
Practitioner Register of the Zen Shiatsu Society .</p>
<p>We operate a Continuous Enrolment system so you can join the learning-cycle at your
convenience - any time! You can also combine

<p><b>We offer the full range of courses from Absolute Beginner to full Professional Qualification.</b></p>
<p><b>How can we help You?</b> Our aim is to offer you a flexible study
programme to suit your own requirements. If you are an <a href="ls_certificate.html">absolute (click here) beginner</a>
you have the choice of low-cost afternoon, evening, weekend or intensive (full-time)
training. You also have the option to combine with more <a href="diploma.html">advanced (click here) courses</a>,
saving yourself time and money.</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p><b>Weekend Courses</b> are
ongoing cycles which you can join anytime and start at 10 am and 2 pm on the Third
Saturday of the month (except bank holiday weekends.)</b></p></li>
<li><p><b>Afternoon Courses</b> are
ongoing cycles and run every Thursday 2.30 to 5.30 pm - Join any Thursday</b></p></li>
<li><p><b>Evening Courses</b> are
ongoing cycles and run every Tuesday 6.30 to 9.30 pm - Join any Tuesday</b></p></li>

<li><p><b>Intensive courses 5 days</b>,

<li><p>Our Courses are cyclical, so you can start any time of the year -

you’ve tried us out! </font></p></li>
<li><p><b><a name="Teaching">Teaching
</a>Quality</b>: with mainstream educational as well as specialist shiatsu qualifications,
your senior Tutors have trained in Japan with Zen Shiatsu Masters in the direct lineage of
Shizuto Masunaga. </p></li>
<li><p><b>Flexibility!</b> You go
at your own pace. If Life interferes with your plans you can drop out and drop back in
again. You can also combine courses to progress quicker and save money. Choose from
part-time evenings, afternoons, weekends - or jump-start the basic level with a full-time
5-day <a href="ls_intensive_weekdays.html">special intensive</a>.</p></li>
<li><p><b>In a hurry? </b>You can
combine the three levels of training and complete the full Practitioner Qualification in <a href="ls_course_management_tutorial.html#fastrack">under two
years</a>. </p></li>
<li><p><b>Looking for clients?</b>
With <a href="ls_treatments.html">free internet listing (Click!)</a>, <a href="ls_exhibitions.html">festivals,
exhibitions</a>, <a href="ls_volunteers.html">clinics</a>, <a href="ls_notices.html#PAID WORK">work-placement</a> and
special tutorials we help you earn while you learn. </p></li>
<li><p><b>Short of cash?</b> You
can pay as you go, or get a big discount for payment in advance. We welcome most Credit
and Debit Cards. </p></li>
<li><p><b>Financial help?</b> We
are a registered Training Provider with the Career Development Agency who can help with
low-cost training loans: 80% of your fees. Call them free on 0800 585 505 </p></li>
